To facilitate the above the Agency/Company will provide: -
1. Name, Mobile number and land line number of One main and one alternate coordinator.
2. JD with full details.
3. One copy of Offer letter of selected candidate.
4. On receipt of the candidates or their Resume profile, Company will finalize within week time and advice, future assessment accordingly.

For the purposes of this assignment, our search fee will be invoiced in the following manner: -

In continuation to agreement made in between GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd And Company/Individual –
• On successful appointment of candidate(s) provided by us, our service charges will be 7% of the monthly salary.
• All such payments should be made on the name of GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd Payable at Mumbai 10 days earlier from the date of candidate salary. If payment is not received till the date of Salary, will send all the candidates on Company address to collect their payments. GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for the same. And as per Section 194C Payments to contractors and sub-contractors (Contracts to Individuals/HUF).

• In the event of any disputes and differences between the parties, the courts at Mumbai alone shall have jurisdiction to try and entertain the same.
